Speaking to my workout out buddy, about getting older, and we all are getting older, but talking about changing our college eating ways. That is, eating super large meals, specifically breakfast, and not worrying about the penalties of such habits. We’ve all seen and heard about the juicing fad, and it is a fad, because everything comes and everything goes. With that said, I’m jumping on the wagon. I want to share another one of my favorite drinks “Blueberry, Raspberry and AlmondMilk surprise blast Drink!”
Blueberry, Raspberry and AlmondMilk surprise blast Drink
12 oz Silk AlmondMilk (Unsweetened)
1/4 cup Blueberry
1/4 cup Raspberry
2 tbsp. (15g) Hemp Force (omega-3, omega-6, omega-9, fiber)
1 tbsp. (7g) Raw Steel Cut Oatmeal (optional)
the surprise is 1 tsp. (7g) Horseradish (anti-oxidant, liver cleansing super food)
Blend all ingredients thoroughly and enjoy! makes enough for 1.
